Dear Jefferson Parents, 

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I hope this message finds you well. I want to extend a warm welcome to both our returning families and those who are new to our school community.

We look forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children achieve their highest potential. Parental involvement is integral to our children’s success, and we encourage you to stay engaged in your child’s educational journey. Whether it’s attending parent-teacher conferences, participating in school events, or volunteering your time and talents, your contributions are invaluable and greatly appreciated.

Suggested School Supplies List (Classroom teachers may send their own.)

• A zipper pouch/pencil case

• Pencils – 3 boxes

• Hand held pencil sharpener

• A pack of markers, colored pencils, crayons, glue sticks and eraser caps

• One pack of dry erase markers

• Assorted colored highlighters (Pink, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple Blue)

• Children’s scissors

• 1 pack of 3 x 5 index cards

• Corded headphones for school (label the headphones with your child’s name)

• 1 box – gallon size Ziploc Slider Bags and 1 box of quart size Ziploc Bags

• 4-5 Post-It note pads (1x2in and 3x3in)

• 2 Boxes of tissues and 1 roll of Paper Towels

• 2 packages of cleaning wipes
